Our Mission
URJA is committed to empowering women by creating consistent opportunities for growth, visibility, and connection. This is brought to life through skill-building workshops that develop practical and business-focused capabilities, entrepreneurship support and mentorship for women at every stage of their journey, fairs and exhibitions that showcase and promote small businesses and creative talents, community events and meet-ups that foster a sense of belonging and well-being, and networking platforms that encourage collaboration, connection, and shared growth.
