The URJA IWD Conference brought together women in a space where they felt truly seen, heard, and inspired, where ideas found a voice, courage met opportunity, and many journeys quietly took a step forward. Rooted in the belief that “you are not alone,” the event reflected URJA’s commitment to support, uplift and grow with women on their entrepreneurial path.

The conference featured insightful panel discussions on mental well-being and starting a food business in Germany, along with URJA Spotlight, celebrating emerging women entrepreneurs. Congratulations to Sneha Baraskar (Bavarian Comex), winner of the Spotlight, awarded a cash prize of €75. The day was further enriched with dance, Zumba and yoga sessions, bringing energy, joy and balance to the experience.

With the valued support of the Consulate General of India Munich, collaborating partner Dessi Tadka Events, and sponsor Bharat Finances by HORBACH, the first annual URJA IWD Conference became a meaningful platform for connection, confidence and community. It marked not just an event, but the beginning of many empowered journeys – like butterflies ready to take flight.
